For the first time this year, MAN Properties publishes the MAN Index of Income-Producing Property in Israel for the year 2009, intended to offer companies an objective and relevant summary of the preceding year. The 2009 Yearbook contains two sections:

(1) A description of the economic and business environment in Israel, addressing the context in which commercial real estate companies operate. The section combines an analysis of macro-economic factors with qualitative data describing the real estate market in Israel, including market trends, rental prices, and occupancy rates.

(2) The MAN Index of Income-Producing Property, which aggregates nation-wide data, is brought in greater detail, including descriptions of the situation in selected cities in the country and a comparison of the strength of the office market in various cities over the past five years.
